Welcome to the OSI UPRB Support Help Desk
In order to streamline technical support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid domain account (uprb.edu) is required to submit a ticket. This is the account you use to access the computers and network at the University.
The purpose of this help desk is for users who need support from the Information System Office regarding computer equipment, network, user accounts, and technical support.
Do not use the @upr.edu email account to try to log in.
NOTE: Remember that your request will be answered during business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
